My surgery istomorrow, but Iwanted togo ahead and leave areview. Igave 5stars bcI was that person that read every single review upto today. Ihaven’t had any problems whatsoever! Honestly Ithink the reason people dohave problems isbc they wait last minute todo everything orisn’t asserious assome. Meaning Ihad been cleared for surgery amonth inadvance. Ihad toloose more weight before pre OPand Ilost almost 10pounds inone month byworking out twice aday and eating healthy.No smoking nonothing Ipaid all mydues like they asked one week prior sothere would beno issues with payment! And the team contacted meeverytime Itexted them, any time Ihad aquestion Igot aquick response. When Ifelt uneasy they reassuredme. Soat this point Ican say that dowhat you need todo tomake sure you can get this done nobody isgonna hold your hand.

This place isnot worthit. Horrible service. Ilost myfiancé toa botch surgery literally 4months after having this surgery performed from this facility. She had the surgery inSeptember went into the recovery home. She was kickedout, along with few other women because ofnon payment between the Facility and family member she renting the home from. Could y’all imagine how much pain you inafter this surgery and being kickedout. She developed aninfection doctor stated they are out off theoffice couldn’t seeher. Sothat was another two weeks. Finally get inand they say it’s aninfection we’re going tocut itopen and let drain and you gohome let itairdry. Ittook1.5months for incision toclose. She passed away because ofpulmonary embolism (Bloodclot). Ijust went ona trip with her and 4days later she passes away. Makes nosense atall. Someone with noprevious medical issues. I’m left with noanswer. People doyour research and know the pros and con ofthis procedure and becareful. It’s somuch somuch iwant tosay but this place isnotit.… – show

I don’t even know where toBEGIN! They’re aRIPOFF! Always miscommunicating important details like atotal ofalmost an$8k price increase that isa result ofTHEM causing the confusion inthe first place! Istill haven’t had any procedures done with them and it’s been practically ONE YEAR ofback and forth! Isigned mycontract before they got better with their communication process. Myso called FIRST concierge completely dropped the ball and here Iam almost ayear later being told Ihave topay MORE money out the blue yet AGAIN! I’m sooo frustrated and I’m aCritical Care,BSN,RN! Ican only imagine how bad they get over ontheir other customers! I’m tothe point where Idon’t even want todeal with them BUT ofcourse they’ll hit mewith I’ll lose ALL the money Ihave already paid! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & being anurse who stayed onthe frontlines fighting covid I’m appalled. Make itmake sense!… – show

BEWARE the doctors maybe legit, but the women who call you arenot. I've spoken with someone two weeks prior tomy date which was scheduled for tomorrow. She ran down EVERY single detail, sent methe final invoice, documents for after care. Ishould have known when Iwas not given atime tobe there one week out from myappointment date that itwas going tobe aproblem. Idid EVERYTHING that Iwas supposed todo and was even reassured that Iwas allset. Today Ireceived anemail at9:27saying myappointment was canceled for missing paperwork and received acall while Iwas atwork at9:33but Icouldn't answer because Iwas atwork!! Sadly this isthe second time this has happened with once inMiami and now Atlanta. BBB will becontacted they need tobe investigated immediately!… – show

Just amoney making place, you get charged for every little thing. Iam more than 60days out found out Ihave aheart murmur that has tobe cleared and they want tocharge mefor rescheduling tosee acardiologist first. Nosympathy nocompassion just want the money. Then instead ofrescheduling they canceled myappointment which isnot what Iaskedfor. Now Ihave till august todecide ifI want topay toreschedule mind you Ihave already paid adeposit that Iwill lose

Originally had mysurgery with DrEzamuzie but the day ofsurgery hecame into the room telling methat hedidn’t feel Ishould get aBBL only lipo. Healso said hedidn’t think hecould give methe results that Iwanted even though Ihad not said orshowed him what Iwantedyet. Hewas very stern, and rude. Iwas confused and uncomfortable with his presence and what hewas telling meand itdid not make mefeel good about the surgery Ihad already paid for and was suppose toreceive that morning. Hewind upsuggesting another doctor domy surgery inwhich theydid. DrGray was nice, professional, and gave meconfidence. Hewas honest about mypossible results due tomyBMI, but itwasn’t inthe same way that DrE made mefeel. Isee what they mean when they say hehas bad bed side manners. Hopefully hecan improve this because asofnow, Iwould not recommend him asa doctor based onhis vibe, demeanor, and communication.… – show

Mia Aesthetics did anawesome job with communication and followsup. Once Ihad the procedure done nothing. Nocalls tocheck onmy drains ormy healing progress. Ihad tomake 4called just tofind out when Ican get these drainsout.Oh, the messages are not worth the money. Myfirst message was 6mins orless and Ipaid $85forit.Wow!!!

I got aBBL withDr.E, hewas extremely professional and answered all myquestions perfectly!! Iwould absolutely gothere again, myONLY gripe was the waiting.. Onprocedure day Isat inthe waiting room for about 2hours, and then for mypost opmassages about the same. But Iunderstand they are extremely busy and only have somany women doing massages! Would highly recommend toanyone looking for plastic surgery inthe area. All the staff were sopleasant and made the entire process from first making myapp tomy last massage agreat experience!… – show

After reading aton ofreviews, Iwould not trust this company. Itseems like they overbook, and people are waiting onsurgery dates and itdoesn’t happen for months, along with not getting lab done before surgery, communication isterrible after they get their initial deposit. Let mestart bysaying that mysurgery was February7, 2022and mydoctor itself WONDERFULDR.P 5️ the problem Ihave the facility isunderstaffed you have towait for hours. Ifyou’re scheduled for9:30am you’re guaranteed toleave at1pm. The staff rude, the cleanliness you would think asmany people you have coming inthey would becleaning but NOis bodies after bodies inand out with bodily fluids everyone.

The absolute worst!!!!!!Dr.Ezeamuzie did mysurgery nobedside manners what doever! They wrote the wrong name onmy prescription Istayed inthe ERfor two freaking days! Ladies gosomewhere else after you pay they treat you horrible
