I read this on LinkedIn from a friend of mine."If you are 45+ and don't have a mentor 30 or under..not mentee but MENTOR you are missing out on a lot of information." It made me think about the Leadership Cohort I recently graduated from for 100 Blackmen of America Inc. Which I had classmates in their late twenties early 30's And the Colligiate 100 students I spoke too that I gleaned way more information from them than I gave and I'm 50. Find a younger person to Mentor You and don't try to be Unc or Auntie just listen.

Many of us just think about this from a job perspective or view it as competitions for spaces and we don't think about children and how we mentor them.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) have a profound impact on children, shaping their experiences and development in significant ways.
